LETTING AGENT OF THE YEAR AND FINALIST FOR ESTATE AGENT OF THE YEAR FOR THE SOUTH EAST ENGLAND (NORTH) REGION
Stoneshaw Estates have been honoured at the prestigious ESTATE & LETTING AGENT AWARDS 2010 where we were recognised for our excellent customer service as voted for by our clients during the course of 2009.
The award was announced by Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4’s Location, Location property programme at a lavish luncheon & ceremony in Mayfair, London attended by 450 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents.
Phil Spencer said “By entering the awards agents have put their reputation on the line, they’ve been brave, they’ve done what others are afraid to do. They’ve said to their customers and their competitors – that they believe in providing the best possible service and they want to prove it. They’ve been recognised for their bravery and all that hard work involved to get to the final shortlist.”
The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 19,000 votes were received making the awards the most important and valuable in the industry.

Stoneshaw Estates, a company that has been trading for just 10 months, has been awarded 2 runners-up prizes at this years Barking & Dagenham Business awards ceremony.
The directors of Stoneshaw Estates, Darren Griffiths and Andrew Thomson, have over 20 years' experience in the Estate and Letting industry and have drawn on this knowledge to make sure that their business offers a service which is unrivalled in the local area.
Their first award was in the prestigious New Business of The Year category which saw a record number of entries, thereby recognising Stoneshaw Estates' position as one of the outstanding new businesses to open in Barking & Dagenham within the last year.
Mr. Thomson said “We are proud to have been recognised as one of the best new businesses in this area! We have worked hard to build a reputation for delivering a high level of service to all our clients and with these awards being voted for by the local council and businessmen, to receive this accolade has extra significance .“
As well as this success, Stoneshaw Estates were awarded the runners up position in the Marketing Excellence category.
